Details:
...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers...

Ohio River at Cincinnati.

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
forecast.

* WHERE...Ohio River at Cincinnati.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 60.0 feet, Significant flooding in East End,
California and New Richmond in Ohio, with backwater floods in
Silver Grove, KY, and riverfront buildings in Aurora Indiana.
Stretches of U.S. 52 are flooded, with numerous additional low
lying roads near the river flooded. Backwater flooding along the
Little Miami, Great Miami and Licking Rivers, also result in road
closures. Some main level of homes flooded in the East End
sections of Cincinnati.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 5:00 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 56.7 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 60.0
feet Monday morning.
- Flood stage is 52.0 feet.

Details:
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...The following counties, in southeast Indiana, Dearborn,
Ohio and Ripley.

* WHEN...Until 200 PM EDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads
remain closed due to flooding. Streams continue to rise due to
excess runoff from earlier rainfall.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 228 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the warned area. Between 3 and 5 inches of rain
have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are
possible.
- Some locations that may experience flooding include...
Aurora, French, Hartford and Friendship.

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...Whitewater River at Brookville.

* WHEN...Until early Monday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Lowland flooding can be expected near
Cedar Grove and New Trenton, with lowland flooding also occurring
in West Harrison, Indiana and Harrison, Ohio.


* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 4:45 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 16.5 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall, remaining below
flood stage.
- Action stage is 14.0 feet.
- Flood stage is 20.0 feet.

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...The following counties, in southeast Indiana, Dearborn,
Franklin, Ohio, Ripley and Switzerland, the following counties, in
northern Kentucky, Boone, Campbell and Kenton, and the following
counties, in southwest Ohio, Brown, Butler, Clermont, Hamilton and
Warren.

* WHEN...Until 1100 AM EDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Water over roadways. Some low-water crossings may become
impassable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1225 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding
continuing at various locations in the advisory area. Between
4 and 6 inches of rain has fallen since Wednesday evening.
Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible.
Although the heaviest rain has ended, runoff from previous
heavy rain will result in flooding in low-lying areas. High
water is expected near area waterways and streams.
- Some locations that may experience flooding include...
Cincinnati, Hamilton, Middletown, Fairfield, Covington,
Mason, Florence, Independence, Oxford, Lebanon, Norwood,
Forest Park, Erlanger, Springboro, Fort Thomas, Newport,
Sharonville, Monroe, Blue Ash and Loveland.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Soils remain moist and excessive runoff may result in flooding of
rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone
locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could
flood even after the heaviest rain has ended.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Additional light rainfall is forecast for today. Although
rainfall amounts will not be as high as recent rainfall, most
of this rain will continue to runoff into area waterways.
Therefore, the Flood Watch has been extended into early
evening.
